  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Make informed decisions regarding data system design, architecture, and optimization strategies, leveraging expertise in data engineering tools and technologies.
  • Forge strong partnerships across departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving collective success.
Requirements
  • A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or backend data systems development are required.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling tools & design, as well as proven expertise in data engineering tools and technologies, are prerequisites for success.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is highly valued.
  • The ability to build data solutions at the enterprise scale, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, is crucial for this role.
