We seek a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Account Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by providing exceptional customer service.

  • The primary responsibility is to answer telephone-based questions from patients regarding their account in a timely manner while maintaining strict patient privacy rules and guidelines.
About The Job
  • This role involves processing credit card transactions, making outbound courtesy calls to patients to obtain outstanding payments and assisting patients with insurance and payment related requests.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all client specific protocols are followed during the patient billing cycles.
  • Provide accurate analysis of aging as requested.
  • Review statements to ensure that the information and balance is accurate.
  • Respond to requests professionally and promptly, and follow up with outstanding requests similarly.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of BPO experience under a Healthcare account.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working with numbers.
