About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Market Launch Specialist to manage projects from start to finish. This includes timely and accurate upload and management of listings onto our Content Management System as well as the external Amazon phase during their initial launch phase.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Utilize Monday.com to refer to priority tasks and update the progress of each task.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure new product launch projects remain on track.
Content/Listing Uploads
  • Upload listing content to our internal Content Management System.
  • Upload both standalone and variated new catalog items to Amazon using flat files, paying attention to key listing areas (including category, pricing, creative assets, technical product details).
  • Enroll products in Amazon's early product review program, VINE.
Listing Troubleshooting
  • Handle all aspects of listing troubleshooting for new product launches, including dealing with suppressed listings and resolving image and content issues.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines and are optimized for visibility and mitigate any potential litigation risk.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 3+ years of prior experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle and manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Channel Advisor/Rithum.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Monday.com experience is a bonus.
What We Offer
