Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting brand health checks, monitoring competitors, and ensuring brand guidelines are applied across all touchpoints.

You will assist in setting up and maintaining store/product displays, coordinating with suppliers or vendors for POS materials, and regularly checking and reporting on display compliance.

Additionally, you will collect and organize sales data for reports, assist in preparing basic sales forecasts and performance summaries, and flag products that are underperforming or need promotional push.

Furthermore, you will help execute promotions and campaigns, prepare marketing materials, and coordinate with the marketing team.

Finally, you will track results of promotions and summarize for team review, and work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.

Maintain files, reports, and brand documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Marketing knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in retail or photography industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
