Credentialing Associate

We are seeking a diligent Credentialing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

• Credentialing Support: Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process, including managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Privileging and Onboarding: Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
• Skillset: Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Google Suite, CRM/support software, and ability to learn EHR/credentialing management tools.
• Priorities: Passion for delivering exceptional results, proactive problem-solving, and commitment to continuous learning.
