Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Management Professional to drive value enhancement and operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide asset management support and financial analysis, including preparation of annual business plans, quarterly valuation models, leasing analyses, ongoing monitoring, and reporting of investment performance.
  • Evaluate portfolio composition on an ongoing basis and provide long-term strategic vision for investment vehicles.
  • Support all phases of the assets lifecycle from acquisition through development, leasing, asset management, and possible disposition.
  • Analyze ongoing portfolio risk and cash flow requirements.
  • Draft lease documents and amendments, and review the same.
  • Direct property managers towards optimizing portfolio assets.
  • Prepare monthly reporting materials.
  • Assist with management of portfolio insurance.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Substantial background in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • Fluent in commercial real estate terminology and structures.
  • Extensive experience reviewing LOIs, drafting leases and amendments.
  • Experience working with brokers, contractors, and property managers.
  • Exceptional underwriting and financial modeling skills.
