Strategic Workday Consultant

This role is responsible for delivering innovative solutions and driving value to clients by leveraging expertise in Workday HCM product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements to design, configure, and demonstrate prototype systems
  • Assist in testing and knowledge transfer to clients
  • Work with confidential data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Collaborate with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members and clients
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction and ensure Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Benefits projects simultaneously a plus
