About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Customer Executive to join our team in Manila. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop top supermarket customers in North Luzon (Tarlac) through the execution of differentiated national and customized activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  • Executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.
  • Planning and executing category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree holder with 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Experience in leading field execution teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and agile with a growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing situations.
