Key Account Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily schedules to call on existing or potential clients. You will prepare communication and deliver proposals, sales presentations to prospective clients, and focus your sales efforts by studying existing and potential accounts.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to propose creative sales activities and campaigns. You will also be the primary contact person, answering queries relating to products/machines via phone and making product recommendations.
Negotiations will be a crucial part of this position, including negotiations with existing accounts, new accounts, and business development. Additionally, you will create quotations and handle collections for new customers - both retail and B2B.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, or any business course
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective customer-relations skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
