To excel in this role, you'll:

  • Be passionate about beauty and willing to make product recommendations via a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, friendliness, open-mindedness, and a willingness to help others.
  • Be able to learn and adapt to changing software, with a strong emphasis on being tech-savvy.
  • Excel at communication, both written and verbal.
  • Adhere to a set schedule and be productive independently.

Requirements include:

  • At least 12 months of contact center experience within the last 2 years.
  • The ability to speak, read, and write in both French and English.
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a French Bilingual in a BPO or customer service industry.
  • Language proficiency is B2.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, Salesforce experience is a plus.
