As a Social Media Manager/Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence across all social platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute engaging content strategies that resonate with our target audience, spark meaningful engagement, and build brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting compelling social media captions, email newsletters, and video scripts that reflect our brand voice and values
  • Managing and executing influencer collaborations, affiliate communications, and content calendar planning
  • Staying ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive

Additional responsibilities include creating visually cohesive content using Canva, scripting Instagram Reels, analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns, and collaborating closely with our Founder to align on brand direction and overall strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts
  • Visual and editing proficiency, including expertise in Canva and the ability to produce visually cohesive content from scratch
  • Organizational and planning excellence, with the ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize UGC and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner
  • Demographic relevance to the brand, with a focus on connecting with modern mothers and caregivers
