Business Analysts play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective receipt and matching of supplier invoices to Purchase Order and Receipt data in accounting systems.
  • Prompt exception invoice processing for Non-PO invoices, emergency payments, and other check requests, maintaining documentation and adhering to established procedures.
  • Analyzing invoice matching errors, developing corrective actions, and collaborating with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve issues.
  • Courteous interaction with suppliers and determining when to involve Procurement personnel for guidance.
  • Recommendations for updates to supplier data during AP processes.
  • Maintaining productivity and meeting service level agreements, referencing legacy accounting systems as needed.
  • Regular reconciliation of accounts.
  • Manual transactions and wire payments according to policy.
  • Internal transfer transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience in invoice matching, payment issue resolution, or related AP functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SharePoint experience beneficial.
  • Experience with Oracle system advantageous.
