Job Title: Senior Copywriter

This role is part of a dynamic startup team and requires growing the local market. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing tailored content strategies, creating and managing an editorial calendar, defining key messages, and writing engaging copy for various channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic content plans tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, blog, website)
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely output
  • Define key messages and unique selling propositions aligned with marketing goals
Content Creation & Adaptation:
  • Write compelling copy for social media, Stories, short-form video scripts, and email campaigns
  • Develop content for landing pages, website sections, banners, and paid media
  • Craft attention-grabbing headlines, ad captions, taglines, and messaging for Public Relations initiatives
  • Support influencer outreach and media relations with customized content packages
Optimization & Analytics:
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic visibility
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize copy based on insights
  • Conduct A/B tests on headlines and calls-to-action (CTAs) and refine accordingly
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketers, designers, and Public Relations managers for unified messaging and storytelling
  • Partner with product and project managers to extract key insights and inform content creation
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and journalists for broader campaign execution
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing copywriting (social media, web, ads, Public Relations)
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking and storytelling
  • Mastery of tone, voice, clarity, and emotional resonance across formats and audiences
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Facebook/Google ad managers, and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, A/B testing, and basic content design tools
  • Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-moving startup environment
