As a skilled and creative professional, we're seeking a visionary Content Developer to craft captivating short-form content that resonates with our target audience.

This role involves developing and creating engaging video content for social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand message and tone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality short-form content that showcases our products in an authentic and compelling way
  • Promote our retail products across multiple social media platforms while ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
  • Foster engagement with followers through comments, messages, and direct interactions to build community and brand loyalty
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them creatively into content while staying true to the brand's identity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other influencers to strategize content campaigns, product launches, and promotions
  • Track performance metrics for content and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt content based on audience feedback and insights

Requirements for this position include:

  • At least one year of experience creating engaging short-form content, preferably with a focus on Reels, TikToks, or other video formats
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and the retail industry
  • Knowledge of basic video editing techniques and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
  • Strong presence and engagement on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
