We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support, resulting in high satisfaction ratings and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide product information and features to customers
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months' experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
