Business Development Representative

Job Description

Our company seeks an ambitious Business Development Representative to establish and maintain strong business relationships through lead generation, management, and follow-up.

  • Optimize Brivity CRM to improve operational efficiency by managing priorities such as lead generation and database management.
  • Prospect for new clients daily from various sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, and sign calls via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Input information into the database and create effective touchpoint mechanisms for these leads.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently following client business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
