Job Summary

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to lead the development of user-centered design solutions. This role involves taking client briefs and driving projects from concept to completion.

You will work independently or collaboratively with the Head of UX & Design to:

  • Take client briefs and create design solutions that meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and designs for desktop and mobile interfaces
  • Work with front-end development teams to handover designs and test completed products
  • Lead 'work in progress' meetings with clients and present implemented feedback

This is an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish. They should have expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design.

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly to different types of people are essential. The candidate should also be comfortable working closely with different teams and have experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps.
