Job Title: Experienced Digital Designer

As a leading digital designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms. Your key objective will be to balance user needs with business requirements to create innovative and engaging digital products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to develop digital projects that meet business objectives.
  • Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric.
  • Participate in the development of user-centered design strategies that align with project goals and customer expectations.
  • Support the entire design process, from concept and wireframing to prototyping and final design.
  • Contribute to the consistency and quality of UX/UI design across projects, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer in a reputable creative agency or technology company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centric design projects, such as website design, app design, and interactive media.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
