The role of a Customer Service Specialist is integral to our business, serving as the connection point between customers and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, whether via chat, email or platform requests.
  • Create a sense of prompt and detailed attention for each customer, delivering an exceptional experience that leaves them feeling valued.
  • Manage client concerns to resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Timely Jira ticketing management for customer enquiries.
Reporting and Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, positioning the business as a leader in customer service.
  • Recommend administrative process improvements to streamline, simplify and enhance relationships.

  • Head of Customer Experience

Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate level
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Active problem-solving skills
  • Jira ticket management experience

  • Real Estate industry experience
  • Able to understand Residential Tenancy Legislation

Additional Notes:
