Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our customer success initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer experience strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise customer needs
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives
• Develop and deliver training programs to increase user adoption and knowledge
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, preferably with prior experience in monday.com or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
