Job Title: Financial Data Entry Specialist

About the Role:

This is a remote data entry position that requires collaboration with the accounting team to manage financial data related to real estate investments and private equity portfolios.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accurate data entry tasks using NetSuite, conducting thorough account reconciliations and validations, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry Tasks: The candidate will perform accurate data entry tasks using NetSuite, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Account Reconciliations: The candidate will conduct thorough account reconciliations and validations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Administrative Tasks: The candidate will assist with various administrative tasks within the accounting department, such as managing files and documents.

Requirements:

  1. Real Estate Accounting Experience: The candidate should have experience in real estate accounting, preferably with Rent Manager or Yardi.
  2. Accounting Principles: The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn more.
  3. Data Entry Skills: The candidate should have strong proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
  4. Familiarity with NetSuite: The candidate should be familiar with NetSuite or have a willingness to quickly learn it.
  5. Organizational Skills: The candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  6. Communication Skills: The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
