Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong work ethic.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process orders daily and ensure maximum performance from suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee on-time shipment, delivery, and sales.
  • Audit invoices to maintain profitability and avoid overcharging or order discrepancies.
  • Gather data on discount programs and analyze sales patterns.
  • Develop strategies to maximize supplier sales & profitability through close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify causes of under-performing suppliers through data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Above-average data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts.
