Property and Construction Project Manager

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction management, and building management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating property maintenance and surveillance.
  • Managing properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensuring that necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines are met.
  • Developing and implementing building management best practices.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in project management tools and software, knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices, and prior experience working directly with contractors and service providers.
