Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Visionary Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience, especially with beauty portfolios, and possess a portfolio of brave ideas and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs and objectives.
  • Develop creative ideas that meet client and business objectives, maintaining high standards of excellence and professionalism.
  • Present, review, and share creative work with leadership and teams.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborating with in-house teams and vendors.
  • Work effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the creative team to develop disruptive work.
Requirements
  • Bring 5-8 years of experience, especially with beauty portfolios, with a portfolio of brave ideas and craftsmanship.
  • Be curious, eager to learn, and devoted to your art.
  • Use every surface, channel, and medium as your canvas, engaging audiences across platforms.
  • Possess awards or a strong desire to win; prioritize excellence.
  • Have a solid understanding of social media, online media jargon, and technology.
  • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Communicate effectively across disciplines and levels.
  • Be proficient in the latest computer design software.
  • Be willing to work after hours and travel for shoots and sessions.
  • Be organized and unfazed by deadlines.
