Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to oversee the development and strategic direction of our NetSuite-based solutions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple engineering teams, developing leadership talent, fostering ownership, removing blockers, and creating an inclusive environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent specializing in ERP solutions.

This role involves leading managers and growing leadership talent across NetSuite development teams. It also requires technical oversight, setting technical direction, and ensuring architectural integrity across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development
  • 5+ years of management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL (PL/SQL), and relational database design with Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
  • Experience with ERP system implementation and management
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Developer, Consultant)
  • Experience with SuiteScript development, SuiteBundler/SuiteApp creation, and SuiteFlow customization
  • Experience with other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and APIs for enterprise systems
  • Experience with stored procedure development and database optimization
