Ready to start ASAPResponsibilities:Develop User's Guides and provide extensive training to End Users. Have capability to solve user issues within assigned SLAsWork with a team to develop, test, and roll-out solutions.

Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers. Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas. Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions, encapsulating proposed solutions.

Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions. Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions. Translate business requirements to the technical team members.

Translate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients. Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.

Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration. Conduct PreSales activities and work with Sales/Technical resources on opportunities. Conduct client demonstrations for NS.
