ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing ServiceNow practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity that requires candidates to be willing to interview and work in US-based time zones for this full-time role.

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support for ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow solutions.

Customization and Integration:

  • Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Provide project status updates, manage project risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Consultation and Support:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consulting, and recommend best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Training and Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and process workflows.
