We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist with extensive experience in residential plumbing to oversee licensed plumbers and ensure the highest standards of quality control.

  • Responsible for managing a high volume of work orders daily, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality protocols.
  • Evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy and identify potential issues before they impact project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot delays or issues and provide technical guidance as needed.

This role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with contractors and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing, a Master Plumber certification, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize multiple work orders simultaneously.
  • Evaluate and validate contractor reports, photos, and videos.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential plumbing.
  • Master Plumber certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
