Sr Team leader, Operations

Job Description:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve performance expectations. You will foster their professional development and growth via effective coaching and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead team members and provide direction to ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Coach direct reports on their performance and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Manage team metrics and retention goals, and participate in discussions about reasons for attrition and root cause.
  • Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, and attend required manager development training.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
  • Amenable to work onsite in a call center environment.
  • Knowledgeable in managing NPS or CSAT and AHT, Conversion metrics.
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.

You will be responsible for receiving assignments as objectives with goals and processes in which to meet the goals. You will interact with team managers/leaders/supervisors and team members, other functional areas, management, and outside vendors to complete objectives.
