We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Transaction Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payments transactions from various sources.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high sense of order and attention to detail. Proficiency in essential Microsoft Office applications is also required.
The selected individual will work on shifting schedules, holidays, graveyard shifts, and split offs as needed. To qualify for this role, applicants should have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
As a key member of our team, the Transaction Processor will perform various tasks, including retrieving and processing payment files, uploading rates provided by the Treasury Group, and preparing accounting entries covering all transactions processed manually by the department.
In addition to these responsibilities, the selected candidate will also prepare daily and monthly reports, answer phone calls and queries from branches and other units of the bank regarding inward payments, and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence for above threshold transactions.
