As a Strategic Recruitment Professional at Manpower Philippines, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine selection criteria and timelines based on recruitment schedules and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through various channels including company careers page, social media, job boards, and internal networks.
  • Schedule and conduct hiring interviews, including screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and collaborate with them to select the right talent.
  • Work closely with HR Manager to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and provide regular updates to partners and hiring managers on open vacancies, sourcing progress, and candidate pipelines.
  • Analyze key HR metrics (e.g. time-to-fill) and prepare recruitment reports to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to enhance online presence and social media strategy, focusing on graduate hiring initiatives.
  • Design and implement innovative non-traditional recruitment methods to attract passive job seekers and source hard-to-fill roles.

You will play a critical role in promoting a strong and consistent employer brand across both internal and external audiences.

  • Act as a consultant to new hires, assisting them with onboarding and integration into the team.
