Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our advanced civil design works, with a focus on earthworks, road and site grading modeling, roadway design, site drainage, and utility systems.

The successful candidate will serve as a key technical authority, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and standards-compliant design solutions for large-scale land development projects and airport infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and modeling of earthworks, roadway alignments, site grading, and cut-and-fill optimization using Civil 3D and related software, as well as developing and reviewing comprehensive civil design plans covering roadways, pavements, stormwater management, site drainage, sewer, and water distribution systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and civil design software (experience with 12D and GIS platforms is an advantage).
  • Strong command of earthworks modeling, grading optimization, hydrology, and hydraulic design.
  • Knowledge of airport design standards, land development planning, and infrastructure design codes.
