As an Executive Assistant - Branch Management at Phes, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and overseeing the overall activity of the Branch. This includes implementing rules and regulations from Head Office, monitoring departmental performance, and making regular site visits to address operational concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative support to the Branch Manager
- Overall management of Branch operations
- Implementation of company policies and procedures
- Regular reporting of Branch performance to Head Office
Requirements:
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Preferably has a background in real estates
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Will to travel to site office
- Uniform provided
- Leave credits available
- Health maintenance card offered
