Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences that drive long-term client satisfaction.

This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who excels in building rapport with clients and guiding them through complex conversations about their goals, work habits, and delegation style.

The successful Onboarding Specialist will possess strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to navigate dynamic, remote-first environments with ease.

Key responsibilities include conducting intake calls, setting clear expectations, diagnosing client fit, collaborating cross-functionally, and maintaining accurate records.
