IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

As an IT infrastructure specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for the onboarding of new clients and services. This includes documentation, assessing the client environment, and deploying tools.

This role is the advance party for the technical team in any new client experience, providing a white glove service while performing reconnaissance to ensure a long-lasting client relationship.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of IT Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions preferred
    • MSP experience is a plus but not required
    • Onboarding-specific experience desirable
  • Experience with Current Windows Operating Systems
  • Active Directory and Group Policy Understanding
  • 365 Knowledge specific to Administration
  • Firewall Assessment and Understanding
  • Networking Concepts Understanding
  • VMware Experience is a plus
  • Apple Product Experience is a plus
