As a key member of our team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist to spearhead our marketing efforts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions that align with our brand strategy. This role blends creative vision with technical expertise, requiring a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and design best practices.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics, as well as strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Newsletters & Campaigns
  • Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month, targeting clients and leads.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Report on performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth.
  • Content & Social Execution
  • Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month, showcasing company thought leadership and client brand content.
  • Collaborate with the video editor on video posts to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Write, format, and publish 1 blog each month to the website, highlighting industry insights and best practices.
  • Produce 1 case study each month with input from the delivery team, demonstrating project successes and outcomes.
  • Lead Operations
  • Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times per week, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing.
  • Research ICP fit of all leads and provide lead scoring and notes for the Business Development Manager.
  • Brand & Design
  • Deliver 6–12 creative assets per month, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, and more.
  • Maintain our brand asset library, ensuring all visuals are high-quality and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Create sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
  • Reporting & Optimization
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube analytics.
  • Recommend 1 idea each month for optimization or creative experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
