Job Overview

The PPC Team Lead role involves managing a team of analysts, communicating with clients via email, and creating, optimizing, and managing paid media accounts to deliver against performance, ROI, and revenue targets.

This leadership position requires strong technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize goals, lead teams, and provide career development opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of direct reports and holding them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements
  • Participating in testing and optimization, ensuring all elements are executed confidently
  • Leading the team in maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics
  • Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for client campaigns

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience managing a team of marketers
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
