Bid Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled Bid Consultant to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building proposals and have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • They must also possess excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • A customer-oriented approach is essential for this role.

This position requires the ability to work under tight deadlines and communicate effectively with internal clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams globally to understand scope and opportunity.
  2. Effectively interact with customers (internal) to identify functional scope of the solution, prior to the bid estimation process.
  3. Create services proposals ('bids') to implement Infor solutions globally.
  4. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.
  5. Owning and maintaining content in identified repositories to streamline bid creation.
  6. Flexibly work on timings/shifts to match the requirements of other regions.
  7. Work under tight deadlines to meet customer demands.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal clients and customers.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills

ERP or industry-related experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in the US time zone to meet the needs of the NA region.
