Job Opportunity

As a Paid Search Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies across multiple platforms to drive measurable ROI and contribute to e-commerce growth.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and others.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Write effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant campaign management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
