Cloud Infrastructure Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

  • The successful candidate will have experience with AWS resources, Terraform, PowerShell, GitHub, DataDog, Octopus Deploy, KeyCloak, and Atlassian (Confluence, Jira).
  • They will also be responsible for administering Windows servers and Microsoft SQL databases.
  • An essential aspect of this role is creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for internal and stakeholder use.
  • This includes optimizing AWS resource usage to balance performance and cost.
  • The analyst will independently manage high-priority issues, using available resources and communicating status to leadership.
  • Furthermore, they will support team planning and long-term strategic initiatives through effective project management and execution.
  • This position also involves participating in an on-call rotation using PagerDuty.
  • In addition, the analyst will pursue advanced certifications and professional development to deepen technical expertise.
  • Ultimately, they will execute the design, development, and delivery of operational and strategic reports using data from internal platforms and cloud environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, dev ops, or supporting Enterprise ERP products in a technical capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using scripting languages, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control.
  • AWS Cloud practitioner certification preferred.
  • Experience in administering Microsoft Windows OS.
