Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

A successful Client Experience Specialist at ResultsCX will be measured by their ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and resolve administrative problems effectively.

KPIs will include metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and client satisfaction ratings.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk.
  • Measure and report on KPIs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve administrative problems.
Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work the night shift and with minimum supervision.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
