Key Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Planning Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business planning needs and provide expertise on implementing effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of proficiency in financial planning software and tools
  • Collaborate with clients throughout all phases of implementation projects, including assessing current processes, recommending solutions based on client requirements, and developing accurate forecasting models
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful project outcomes through regular communication, concise reporting, and exceptional customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and management reporting
  • Successful implementation experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, such as Adaptive Planning or Oracle Hyperion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to formally present to senior client audiences
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster inclusive cultures and effectively manage time
