The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in planning and executing campaigns that meet deadlines and deliver results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
  • Onsite Content Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of onsite campaigns to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and implement best practices through experimentation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to uncover insights and drive continuous improvements.
  • Regional Collaboration: Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing content across all channels.
  • Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Continuously test and innovate to discover new growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • eCommerce Marketing Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in eCommerce onsite campaign marketing.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Capable of proactively setting direction and managing daily tasks.
  • Creative & Data-Driven: A blend of creativity with a sharp analytical mindset.
  • Organizational Agility & Interpersonal Skills: Effective cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
  • Passion for Online Shopping: Ideally someone who loves finding the best deals
  • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
