Marketing Coordinator Job Overview

This is a critical role in our marketing team, responsible for assisting in the execution of multi-channel campaigns. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key part in collaborating with the marketing team to ensure smooth campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing coordination, preferably in SaaS or associations. You will be working with email marketing tools, CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow, and social media platforms. Experience with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is also desirable.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and web
  • Building and scheduling email campaigns using tools like HubSpot
  • Supporting lead generation efforts and contributing to pipeline growth in alignment with sales
  • Drafting, editing, and publishing blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media content
  • Growing and managing social presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by drafting and scheduling posts
  • Conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and updating on-page SEO elements to enhance search rankings
  • Assisting in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
  • Tracking campaign performance, contributing insights, and proposing improvements to enhance ROI
  • Gathering and organizing marketing data to analyze performance and guide strategy
  • Maintaining the marketing calendar and ensuring deliverables are completed on time

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, ideally in SaaS or associations
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML
  • Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Comfortable using Zoom for webinars or virtual events
  • Basic skills in data analysis and reporting
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
