Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Clarify customer needs, determine causes, and select the best solution while explaining it clearly.
- Maintain compliance by ensuring customers use our services responsibly.
- Participate in writing excellent documentation for internal and customer use.
- Elevate issues to our technical support team.
- Contribute to specialized projects as you become more proficient in the role.
- English as your primary language; secondary languages are a plus.
- A minimum of one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
- The ability to articulate complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
