Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our affiliate and TikTok shop growth efforts. This individual will be responsible for scaling our creator and partner ecosystem, blending affiliate program management, TikTok Shop setup, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content pipeline building.

This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work independently as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of ShareASale, UpPromote, and other similar platforms.

The successful candidate will be fluent in TikTok and YouTube outreach, able to nurture relationships, and keep creators/affiliates engaged and active. They will also be data-driven, comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch, including catalog, listings, payouts, and workflows.
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ShareASale, UpPromote, and other similar platforms.
  • Fluent in TikTok and YouTube outreach.
  • Data-driven with experience in UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
