We are seeking a seasoned affiliate growth expert to join our team.

This position involves managing and scaling affiliate partnerships, with a focus on performance marketing in regulated environments such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate management, with at least 3 years of proven success in driving ROI through key opinion leader and influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • KOL and Affiliate Management
  • Proactively identify and engage key opinion leaders to expand our affiliate network
  • Negotiate, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Develop promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Create reports to track and optimize affiliate performance
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Implement SEO/backlink strategies to drive organic traffic
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in affiliate management
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing affiliate partnerships
  • Strong understanding of CPA models, conversion rates, LTV, and campaign performance tracking
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or trading is highly desirable
