About the Role
  • You will review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data, verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients, and respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation.
  • You will also develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communications, recognize, understand, and translate client questions, comments, and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments, and conduct client training webinars as needed.
  • In addition, you will assist in the production of compensation and survey reports, review, design, and modification of reports for client use, and assist in recruitment and training of junior associates.
  • You will also assist in various ad-hoc projects, working independently in a data operations role and interacting with various internal and external constituents.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
  • 1-4 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experience; fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently, interact with various internal and external constituents, and prioritize large volumes of data.
  • Organization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word, with processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issues, with an 'eye for detail' while not losing focus of the bigger picture.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
