Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to guide candidates through their hiring journey, ensuring they are matched with the right job opportunities.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them to job requirements, ensuring the best fit for both the candidate and the organization.
  • Strategic partnership: endorse high-quality candidates and facilitate their progress in the hiring process.
  • Maintain related systems and tools to support application tracking and contribute to technology solution improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Proven 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition, with a focus on resume screening or candidate assessment.
    • Global recruitment exposure in various organizations is beneficial.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of ATS software, particularly SuccessFactors and Phenom.
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify key qualifications and competencies in resumes.
    • Solid understanding of various industries, roles, and job functions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Efficiently work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule and Location
  • Generally, Monday to Friday, hybrid work arrangement.
  • Based at the Makati Head Office.
