Transformation Business Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with our stakeholders and teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Develop process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
- Prepare Business Requirements Document (when applicable).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams for aligned goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories.
- Business Requirements Document preparation (when applicable).
- Comprehensive documentation creation and maintenance.
- Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals.
Requirements include:
- Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience.
- Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows.
- Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
